Composition brake shoes for railroad cars

Area of usage:  composition brake shoes are used to ensure essential effectiveness of braking of railroad cars.

Warranty period of storage – 1 year since date of shipment. If stored in dry roofed place – 3 years.

Articles are supplied with brand polyethylene packaging on pallets. Each article has a brand on it.

Composition brake shoes with stamped steelwork are used with maximum-allowed temperature at friction surface of shoe of 500 C(short-term influence), maximum-allowed temperature at friction surface of shoe of 300 C(long-term influence), maximum-allowed sleep speed up to 45 m/s, maximum-allowed pressure of 1,3 MPa.

Shoes are workable at temperatures of ambient air from -60˚ С to +50˚ С, also at +80 C (short-term)
